Our Quality control Policy- Prior to the commencement of any professional assignment, we conduct a thorough study of the client’s business that enable us to identify the events, transactions and practices that, in our judgment have a significant effect on the financial information.
- Every audit is always commenced by the partners’ himself. Internal controls and accounting procedures are evaluated and a detailed audit program is prepared by them, setting forth the procedures that serve as a set of instructions to the assistants involved. The program may be discussed with the client to improve audit efficiency and are being periodically reviewed & modified to suit the developments that occur during the conduct of the audit.
- The work may subsequently be partially or wholly delegated to competent assistants capable of fulfilling their responsibilities with due care.
- The partners’ themselves supervise and reviews the work so as to provide reasonable assurance that the work performed meets appropriate standards of quality.
